On the 15th August I experienced water damages to my phone and I placed a claim on the same day. I received my phone back on the 22 August with different cover that my phone intially had. i did not ask for that. The cover was cracked and not put properly, I could not type on the keypad and the phone was freezing through out the day. I left the phone back at the Clear water Jet on the 23 August for them to look in to the phone. Today i had to do a follow up call to Finrite to see the progress and waited on the line for 30min. I received a clause from finrite on the 22/08 when i picked the phone up stating that after 3 months if there is a problem it will be a 2nd claim. how is it possible that my phone will be fine after liquid damage and it been put togther with different parts. Its obvious i will expereince problems. Im not happy with this service as i expected a new phone. My insurance is always paid on time and to experience such disgusting service is really upsetting. I read through the terms and conditions and it says that the phone will be replaced... nothing is mentioned abt repaird with liquid damaged phones. IM REALLY UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE...
