Suddenly my contract on my phone is a prepaid and I have been on a control chat for the last 4 years, I have free minutes over 300 of them, but I am unable to use it, because the recorded voice message keeps on telling me that I have to recharge. I do recharge if my free minutes are finished however as I said I have over 6 hours of free minutes. I want this rectified immediately my phone is my livelihood I cannot be without it, and I will not recharge because I have free minutes. If it is not rectified and if I am not contacted by at least 15h00 today, I will lodge a dispute and a breech of contract.
