I recently upgraded to a new contract and 114 free minutes from the previous month (due to expire 31 August 2013) was transferred and 75 minutes available on the new contract (due to expire end of September 2013) was added, so in total I had 189 free minutes available to me. When I started making calls I realised that free minutes was coming from my current 75 minutes and not from the previous month's 114 minutes. Surely Vodacom must take minutes from the previous month's minutes and not from the current month??? This is a total rip off.
