Does Vodacom want new customers

So after being with Mtn for so many years, then moving to Cell c, i decided to try Vodacom due to too many issues with the previous networks. (I do have 2 VC business contracts though). I am already experiencing bad service, yet i am not on their network as yet.
I requested a port on 5 September 2013, and was promised that by end of the day it will be sorted (an sms was even sent saying it would be done). Next day, nothing, even sent an sms to Porting division and received immediate sms saying my request is a repeat (so they do have it on their systems).
Now 10 Sep 2013, and still nothing, and i put the sim in (which i paid R20 for) and somehow managed to get a different number. Will this be the last R20 i give VC, maybe!
