I went to the store on the 30 August 2013 to apply for the phone contract, I was told it would take 2-3 days for approval, and the guy (I think it's Thami) not sure about the name told me he will call me to tell me if it's approved. Today I call customer care to be told by Lorraine Baloyi that my application was terminated because I was supposed to signed some addendum form since I will be using my current Pay As you go number which I was supposed to be given by the guy at the shop who didn't bother to do that.

Initially I applied the phone telephonically, I was not told to send the documents, I called for follow up the I was told to send document via fax by Paul to a fax number that didn't exist 0119123000 it kept on bouncing back, I called again and spoke to some lady who said she sent Paul an email telling him to call me till today that's when I went to the branch.

If this is the kind of customer serviced MTN provides I guess I'm lucky I didn't get the contract, VERY DISSAPOINTED.
