Web Africa charged our business for a year and a half after we attempted to cancel services with them. We sent them more than one e-mail requesting the cancellation, but because we failed to respond to the one e-mail they kept charging us. Yes, we didn't pick up on this until now, shame on us, but when we informed Web Africa of this mistake, they showed no remorse. They don't care, even though they can see that we haven't used their services. They just draw the cash every month and are happy as can be. They offered no refund or compensation. NOTHING!!! They have absolutely no shame that we have been paying them for nothing. As they put it, they are a "business". They are absolutely heartless!! Shame on them!!!
