I sorted out the cancellation of my mobile phone and 3G card with Vodacom before I left South Africa a year and a half ago. I am STILL being billed for my 3G card - Vodacom call centre agents wont assist me but just keep giving me an email address to email to which I am not getting any response from, I have already posted on Hello Peter and had no response either. PLEASE WHO CAN I TALK TO IN ORDER TO GET THIS RESOLVED, ITS REDICULOUS!
