I'm very dissapointed with Vodacom, i called the 0821958 number for contract cancellations a month ago to terminate my contract as it expires today (04-09-13), when i called them in August to have it terminated at the end of August and the lady i spoke to told me that she couldnt load it for end of August but could only load it for end September, i told her that was unaccepted because it expires on the 4th of September, she then said i should call on the 4th of September and it would be cancelled on the day, when i did call on the 4th of September, which is today, i was made to hold for a good 30 minutes and when a lady finally attended to me she tells me she can only cancel it end of September, when i explain to her that i was told by 1 of her fellow cinsultants to call today to have it cancelled she told me i should remember who that person was, how am i supposed to remember a call centre agent's name, i'm very uset about this because of the agent incompetence, do they not have the same info. I want this contract cancelled today!!!
