Last week Wednesday I went into your Butterworth Store to apply for a contract. I was told it takes 3 working days for the application to be approved. I went in again on Monday I was told the system was offline and that by Friday I would get the phone. Today I went in because I was at the mall only to be told to wait another 3 to 4 working days. It is very irritating to wait and be told different types of stories when you enquire. Can someone tell me what is really going on and if I will or will not get the contract.
