I've had a broadband contract with 8ta for over a year now (the 10gig R200 one) and never had problems. I always received decent speeds, around 6meg/sec. The last few months however I have been struggling to get 2meg/sec. It normally hovers around 1meg. I have not moved or changed hardware in any way so the problem must be with your network. Furthermore I logged this issue with your technical department more than a month ago and never received a response. Please let me know what the problem is and how to fix it or I will cancel my contract and take my business somewhere else as your Internet is not the cheapest around anymore.
