I'm so sick and tired of trying to complain about this company. I literally cried today of being so frustrated, Telkoms line speeds and pings are a total disgrace and I can't handle the bad service being received. I tried to download a new java version and got download speeds of 3kbps. When i try to play online games the ping is a permanent 600-700 the whole day through. The only resolution on youtube i can barely watch is 144p.
R500 for a 10gig package and 1meg line is totally ridiculous and I've probably called the center and sent emails more then 10 times in the past 2 months and always receive the same response without ever getting fixed properly.
I dont know what to do anymore i've been struggling with this ISP for one and a half years and don't know if I can handle the last 6 months of the contract anymore.
Honestly this is the most frusrating and worse service I have ever heard of or seen.
What is being done about this problem?
