10 Gig 8ta contract bad internet speeds

I have an 10 gig bundle with the 10 gig night surfer.

I was forced to cancel the night server due to very bad speeds lately. And are struggling to use more than 2 gigs in a month and pages takes minutes to load. Last year i had no problems and was on 3g all the time..what happened? From mid December 2012 the speed dropped to edge connection. Only once or twice a month the network connects to 3g.

This has made me really unhappy. I'm not sure if i want to go on with this contract or use the service provider in the future if this continues.
