I had a year and a half on contacting Vodacom for poor services, promises of calling back to resolve the issue NEVER happened. A year and a half later i stopped all payments as Vodacom had breached their contract with me. Lawyers letters were sent, and i never heard another thing from them. A year AFTER all of that, i have discovered that Vodacom listed me on the Trans Union stopping me from obtaining a home loan! I have requested numerous times for a postal address to send a registered letter to the CEO, but i have just been ignored completely. I wish to get this resolved and to send the CEO a letter with all correspondence over the year and a half period. Perhaps he can help because everyone else i speak to doesn't seem to be bothered! No-one ever wants to put me onto the right person because no-one at Vodacom cares about customer service!
