M currently in India, I roamed my sim card from here. It is contract phone
Just for roaming vodacom billed me R957, when I call customer care to find out were that amount comes from,
They tell me that they can only explain to account holder, which in this case is a 60 year old woman my mom who doesnt know anything about this roaming things. I paid the amount and still have no clue to what I paid for. Now my sim card cant make or recieve calls it is blocked by vodacom. I am far from home but cant communicate with my family even after paying that crazy amount. Please explain to me why u took R957 from me, dont tell me u want to talk to account owner, cause iam the one using the account. Its not the first issue I have with vodacom, I promise m switching to MTN when I get to South Africa.. I wont be milked by vodacom again
