Double Charge - Still Continues

I logged a complaint on HelloPeter in October last year (ARS 214570). Telkom has been charging me for an internet account that I cancelled several times and have numerous ref no.'s for. I was contacted by Telkom and assured that the dormant (CANCELLED) account will be removed from my account and that my money will be refunded and credited to my account. It is now 5 MONTHS later and I AM STILL BEING CHARGED FOR THE CANCELLED INTERNET ACCOUNT. This is absolutely disgusting. I'm going to give Telkom one more oppertunity to resolve this before I take legal action.
