I have been waiting for the phone I ordered for almost 2 weeks now. Every time I speak to someone its a different story (dramatically different). I call every day, spending at least half an hour a day on the phone just to hear another excuse and see no action. I have previously written a complaint where I was promised help to absolutely no avail, its been almost a week since this promise. Today I called head office where the phone was picked up then immediately put on hold again numerous times. This has been a very unpleasant experience and I will suggest everyone not use Virgin Mobile. I have now asked to cancel my order, and I am desperately hoping this "service provider" doesn't mess this up too
