TELKOM 2MBS UNCAPPED INCOMPENT SERVICE

Last weekend I ordered a 2mbs uncapped line and Telkom came to install the line last Wednesday. I noticed the speed is (0.5mbs constantly) and called Telkom. They said they activated it as a 1mbs product (after specifying on the application form it should be 2mbs and telling the activation department TWICE I want a 2mbs line). So the lady said she upgraded me to 2mbs.

Saturday I notice its still slow and called again. Technical support tells me its still a 1mbs line but can't upgrade because the accounts department is closed.

Monday morning I called again and accounts tell me its still a 1mbs line. So here we go again. I go through the whole process AGAIN to upgrade to 2mbs. They tell me it will work. I get home on Monday and test it. Still 1mbs. Call Telkom AGAIN! They say it will take a day for the line to resync (total BS. I upgraded from a 1mbs mweb product to a 2mbs mweb product last year and it was instantaneous).

So now 24 hours later and it is still a 1mbs line. When will I get the 2mbs? If its not done by tomorrow I'm cancelling the product. This is total BS. Sloppy service. TERRIBLE.
