I will never, EVER trust Elite Mobile again.
I received a Vodacom contract through them. Everything sounded fine and dandy.
Then, September 2013, funds started going off my account, illegally.
Under no circumstances did i agree to whatever SOMU is - music downloads etc? I dont even know what the the service entails, and there is nothing really regarding it online.
The debit order is not authorised.
I have had to pay extra bank charges for funds that were not available as i did not know about the money having to go off my account - i wasnt even notified of the date that the funds will be taken off.
I want a refund for every single debit order, the bank charges, and the charges for the funds that were not available - an extra R60.00 every "try".
I want this done asap.
