Std bank not willing to take action on

On the 2nd of September, I logged onto my internet banking to check that I have enough funds in my account for my debit orders to be deducted. While scrolling through all my transactions, I noticed that an amount of R1300.00 was deducted from my account on the 22nd of August, and paid to a J Nsubunga. Bearing in mind that I get notifications each time I log onto my bank account or proceed to make a payment - which never happened. Immediately contact Standard Bank and spoke to Jabulibisi Libisi who advised that I have an Affadavit drawn up and sent to her so they could investigate. After sending this off to them, I have not received a single phone call from Std Bank. The only time I heard from them was when I called to find out about the progress. I called again last week, only to be told that the beneficiary had purchased airtime with my money and there is nothing that they can do. I was also told that if I want to take it further then I need to do so myself. What is the point of having a bank account when Std bank cant protect your money, and a dept when they expect you to investigate and take action. I am a single mother of 2, and I'm unemployed. I NEED THAT MONEY
