Phone still doesn't work

Hello Peter.

* There was a complaint lodged with my phone that its doesn't want to send sms's. They replaced the phone but still the Phone doesn't send sms's them they provide you with a long number 5005*...etc and that's it. When you enter it into the phone and call all it gives is "Setting Failed Service Center Address No Address" care to explain anyone??? * According to the lady at accounts you are unable to stop debit orders with them, I have never heard such a thing in my life, they do not allow customers to stop debit order!!! * invoice not being sent even though email is correct on there system* 2 months no debit order has gone off, all of a sudden this month on 16th they take money off my account after requesting month end. 8ta is getting more pathetic the longer I'm using the network, so frustrated.
