Nashua decides to suspend my line on the 10th of the month due to apparently short payment.
First of all i told my credit controller to cancel the debit order. And Nashua wants to charge me R75 for a debit order that went off and returned. ( Which i told to cancel)
Then i get charged for delivery fee of R60, which nothing was delivered for. Call client services and the lady said that they would credit me. I have been invoiced a R60.00 again. Please can some one help me out.
Really pathetic service.
I asked for a manager and the person is always in a meeting.
