MTN UNABLE to respond to settlement request

I have been trying in vain to obtain an early settlement on an ISP contract. The service is no longer required and after numerous emails to "webmaster" a settlement was supplied. A further debit order was deduted from my account and I have now been trying for 9 WEEKS to get a new settlement - also three debit orders later. I am working overseas at the moment and cannot simply walk into an outlet. For a so called international on line company this is POOR POOR POOR
