Poor service and not responding to emails

I gave a 3 months notice to settle my account and was advice to call or go to the website on the 25th of July 2013 to request the settlement quote. I went to the website on the 25th and requested the quote but the system said it can't do the settlement but settlement will be emailed to me i received reference code 56181. I didn't receive any email and i resubmitted on the 26th and i got reference no 56228, still no email.

i called today without luck - been put on hold for longer than 10 min due to account being in advance status, this month debit order will make the account to go to credit. 2ND Call was answered by Nereshnee and i explain my frustration and she also struggled and when i asked that they investigate then email or phone back once solution reached she cheekly said she is inbound she can't help. requested to speak to manager than she put me on hold for longer than 8 min till i dropped the phone.

i don't have the quote - bad service.
