Still no E-bucks

After I posted the last complaint on HelloPeter I got a call from Ebucks and only partial resolution of my query.

I enquired about why I did not earn the Ebucks from the first payment that was made to Nashua Mobile, the Ebucks Representative made excuses and said it was possible that it was due to the terms and conditions without first confirming if this was the case. Please ensure that the reasons for me not earning since the inception of my contract is properly investigated and communciated to me.

Secondly I was assured that representative from Nashua Mobile would be contacting me to resolve this issue. To date this has not happened.
Outset of entering into the contract with Nausha Mobile, I made it very Clear that I was to earn Ebucks and provided all the necessary details.
As stated before, I only engaged with Nausha Mobile so that I could earn E-bucks.
IIt is very frustrating when to have to keep trying to resolve an issue and no resolution has taken place for the last 2 1/2 months. I still have not earned any Ebucks for August.
