Got a response on 17/12/2013: "Their feedback turnaround time is about 24 hours for them to provide us with all the feedback needed."
21/12/2013 Replied with email that I got no feedback
03/01/2014 I replied on my report saying that I did not receive feedback yet.
06/01/2014 Got feedback: "Please be advised that your Ebucks allocation was done on the 18-12-2013 and would have been finally authorised through Ebucks on the 19-12-2013.
Your Ebucks can take up to 15 days to reflect and should reflect by no later than the 10th of January."
10/01/2014: I replied with mail that this is still not showing up on my account
