On 19 March I requested two upgrades from NashuaMobile - a 9320 on TopUp 135 and 9790 on Smart 229.
Prior to this, I had confirmed, via email with Karen McCanel at Nashua Mobile, that the buyin for the 9790 would be R1708.86. I had also received their monthly spreadsheet indicating that there would be no buyin for the 9320 on the TopUp 135.
On 26 March I received a 9320 and a 9900 - at a buy-in cost of R1024 and R2962 respectively!
My local NashuaMobile contacted Karen to return the phone. However on 9 April the wrong unit was dispatched AGAIN! I then contacted Karen, requesting her manager's contact details. Needless to say, she ignored this request and I have had no word from her since then.
Upon enquiry at NashuaMobile, I learnt that her manager is Janine Marais. I have left no fewer than THREE messages for Ms Marais to return my call, but to no avail!
In the meanwhile, I am stuck having to pay R4000 for a phone that was meant to be free and a phone that I have not received, despite having ordered it nearly a month ago!
NashuaMobile, I have been your client for years and years and cannot believe you have let me down in this manner. How do you intend to fix this?
