I am a cash customer with NashuaMobile and pay all accounts before the 1st of each month promptly. Today when my salary was paid in an withdrawal from Nashua immediately went of against my bank account. At the branch they phoned the Call centre. A MISTAKE was made on a few customers' accounts and there was money withdrawn from my bank account. They are aware of their mistake but did not notify me of it. They also tried withdrawing the money on the 26th already. Now they want me to go and rectify it with my bank.
From 28Nov12-10Jan13 there was R3.70 billed daily against my cellphone (0781823775) contract from Mira Networks. I only found out after enquiring about my high airtime account on 10 Jan. Mira Networks denied such actions and Nashua has asked MTn to investigate. From 10 Jan onwards I have had no solution to the problem and no evidence could be given that i have subscribed to Mira Networks. This activity is illegal from Mira Networks's side and also from Nashua who claims I must pay the bill as they cannot "do" anything about it. Well, what is going to happen next???

This is only 2 of my recent struggles with Nashuamobile. There were tons of other complaints for 2012 alone.
