Telkom NO SERVICE DELIVERY AGAIN

I ordered a line move and was told that the line would be moved on Monday 1st of July, I took a day off from work but the installation was not done, I received a text message saying that is provisionally booked for Friday 5 July 2013.

I received another text later confirming the Friday installation and responded yes to the text which Telkom confirmed they received.

I took another day off work and the line was again not moved. I phoned again and was assured that the scheduling department would call me back in 2 hours, This did not happen.

I have been waiting on Telkom yet again. This is officially the worst service I have had from them and I do not appreciate being to.
