I have been a cell c customer for more than 10 years. l have 2 contracts. For the last 3 to 4 months we battle to have any form of a decent connection in and around Beaufort- West. On the road from Beaufort -West to Oudshoorn there is large portions without any reception. There is areas all over the Cape province where I battle with decent reception. There was no problem before in any off this areas. I spoke to the Cell C service agents and the answer was: Your phones are old, replace them. I went and bought two new phones. Same story. I spoke to a couple of the cell c customers in Beaufort -West and in some of the other areas. They have the same problem. Do I write in the local newspaper that the solution to the cell c problem is to move to a new service provider??
