Inability to send sms

Despite the fact that there, is airtime, SMS bundles and data bundles on my phone, I have been unable to send SMS from my phone for the past 3 days. I called the 808 number 4 times and was given 4 different solutions that didn't work. At about 1:40pm this afternoon I called again, the phone was answered by an inept agent that informed me that I must go and find out what is wrong with my phone. She told me this after I have informed her that I have tried other network operator's sim cards on my phone.
I am still sitting with the same problem 3 days and counting.
