BREACH OF CONTRACT - NO SERVICE

Bad Service,
For the past 3 years I've had problems with Cell C's Internet Connection from 5/6 pm until the early hours the next morning because when I wake up at 4h30 am I have full Internet Connection.
I thought it was the area Meyersdal, Alberton, that I stayed in and I never complained about nobody being able to reach me after 5/6 in the evenings, sometimes I was lucky to be able to make a phone call providing I use my cell's speaker to talk. At least my son was just 5 minutes down the road then. Two weeks ago I moved from Meyersdal to Elspark in Germiston and I found that I still had exactly the same problem, NO INTERNET CONNECTION from 5/6 pm until I wake up the next morning. I'm 5o years old, single and staying about 20km from my son now, so I need full Internet Service from Cell C . For 3 years Cell C has been debiting a bank account every month, the account is in my son's name but I pay my own Cellphone bill. I have up to date send 6 e-mails with the same complaint to Cell C South Africa, I've had one call from their Customer Service and haven't heard anything again. To me this is utter poor service to me as a client, but then if I look at all the complaints about Cell C'
