I bought a new modem and wanted to load bundles it however said I am unable to yet the sim card is active the consultant then told me to buy 165 airtime for my gf phone to convert to bundles then send to the modem simcard all this was suppose to take an hour I called the call centre two times and I'm getting the run around this is totally unacceptable an the team leader moosa is nt helping either an the ops manager tauhir is no weh to be found an fails to come to the phone. All I want is for my data to be on my modem
