Telkom Internet cancelled yet I still get billed

I cancelled my telkom internet account (data only) 5 weeks ago. It was supposed to be cutoff on the 4th of may, yes today, 8th of May I received another bill for it that will be taken off by direct debit.

tried phoning telkom, but they were confused and could not resolved.

Telkom are money from me for a service which has already been cancelled.
