We thoroughly enjoyed our one month of Telkom Internet until we were once again incorrectly disconnected. Previously it took Telkom 5 MONTHS to rectify and I would like to believe that Telkom can sort their error out a lot speedier. Our account is paid by debit order yet Telkom are never able to locate our payments??? This is ridiculous - we have been disconnected more than we have had a service from Telkom despite the fact that we pay our account - in full and on time.
PLEASE SORT OUT AND RECONNECT OUR ACCOUNT!
