I requested my phones to be cut beginning of October 2013 by going into the branch and emailing a cancellation letter to them, Telkom was still debiting me the end on December, on lines that were discontinued, on 12 January I went to Edenvale againand complained as well as emailing Telkom once again, It is now end January and I am still getting debited, This is ridiculous and I am returning my debit order, which costs me money to put a stop on it.
