On 7 September I received an SMS from the frauds department advising my bill in excess of R12000 which I immediately contact MTN to block any data and stating I have a limit in place of R3000 as per April contact. Called today 9 September and VERY unhelpful ALL STAFF! Need to know what is happenig on this account, who authorised a credit limit of R12, 000 if monthly bill is R2800 EVERY MONTH???
