Made arrangement last year, to pay account, consultant that help me at that stage noted the arrangement to block card until it was paid in full before I can use. I NEED to use the card and no one can help me to remove the block.
Every consultant I dealt with just say pay in full and you can use card. I was not even aware the there is a BLOCK on the card I though it was the same arrangement I had with Foshini - pay card for 3 months and the will recalculate well obviously NOT and I think it is ridiculous! I do pay instalments monthly and NO ONE can help me at all???
RCS is to fast to phone you if you skipped ONE month installement but they can not assist when you need HELP!!!
