As per my compliant lodged on 28 aug, francios responded saying that his manager is still due to provide feedback regarding the three dud blackberry 9790's i have received thus far. the manager appears not to exist, since i am getting a standard answer from Francios that the manager has not responded. Can someone please provide Francios with an answer so that i know whether i should stay with a pathetic service provider like mtn? I have been waiting since 20 August for feedback. Thank you MTN, your service really, now i know why i left in 2008. thanks for confirming your lack of customer concern and interest.
