I would like thank Douw and Francios (Brooklyn MTN) for going the extra mile in dealing with my complaint initially lodged in August 2013. I appreciate the fact that you put my needs as a customer first and was able to resolve the situation and provide me with a new phone. I appreciate the gesture. You can be assured of my continued support based on how you resolved my complaints. If only all MTN staff would put customer needs before that of the company to ensure continued support and customer loyalty
