I called Impact Meter in Pretoria East to enquire about my deposit refund. I was assisted by a woman who sounds illiterate, incompetent and had an attitude as though she was speaking to her buddy. She advises me that it takes 6 - 8 weeks to process my refund but the lady at the Centurion branch never advised me of this. This lady was completely rude and said I should follow up with the person now staying in my apartment. I asked to speak to her manager which was Francios. He is just as useless and rude as what she was. I asked Francios what I would need to get the refund, he advised a bank statement. Today I sent an email with the bank statement and get informed they need a letter from my ex flat mate. I MEAN REALLY???!!! Was it impossible to advise all this before when I called?? The service in this country is astounding!!! Do we not value our jobs and take pride in what we do anymore??!! Do we just demand raises and positions with titles without earning them or having an interest??? This is just DISGUSTING!!! Francios is not worth his salary that he gets paid everyday!
