No feedback or communication from Cell C. They wrongfully took a large amount of money from my bank account (I am not even a customer). If I get hold of someone at the contact centre, and that is a BIG IF, they tell me that they will take it up with the billing department and someone will contact me... I am so FED UP of this story, all I want to know is when will I have the money back that was from me!!! I am tired of empty promises and I would like to get this issue over with so I never ever have to deal with a company who's customer service is so PATHETIC!!! I am tired of begging for my money.
Note: i am currently out of the country so telephonic communication is not possible. Please use email correspondence. THIS ISSUE HAS AFFECTED MY CREDIT RATING and you need to sort it out ASAP
