I'm still waiting on feedback regarding my car radio, every time I have to call in to get feedback after numerous occasions that a promise is made that Cherine & Enrico will get back to me to provide me with feedback and it never happens. Both lack customer service skills as Cherine passes the buck to Enrico and he has to do the work. When Enrico was on leave the feedback I received was that Enrico is on leave and I must wait for him to come back to get feedback. Makes me wonder what kind of Manager does not know what goes on in her department.
I'm tired of apologies as this was the only thing I've received since; they have ordered me a new car radio for my car. It's been 4 months now that I'm waiting for a radio. To ship a radio from overseas doesn't take that long. This is pathetic; everything else in that branch has given me nothing but great service eg. sales, finance but the service department lacks the determination to provide excellent customer service and it should be address from a higher lever to tell them they earn a salary for doing nothing.
