On 11 May 2013 I cancelled my ADSL line and paid the month's notice up to and including 11 June 2013.
To date, almost four months later, I am STILL being billed for the ADSL and a few days ago they suspended my line due to non-payment!!! I have phoned, I have emailed, I have phoned and phoned again, I have been to the Telkom store at Clearwater Mall, I have phoned some more and NOTHING. I get told a supervisor will contact me, nobody has contacted me. I am at a wits end!
