Was offered a contract telephonically, was told an S3 would be delivered instead i got a pocket delivered like reali talking about incompetence.
i called immedietely to let them know, i was told that the call recording will be listened to, and a month later no one has called me or contacted me in any way about it even though i have been calling every week about the matter im told the same story.
yesterday 17 Sept is wen i got a call saying that my query has been received and that they will listen to the call recording (so seems like its the same story again)
the only reason i got the call is because my wife complained on the Cell c facebook page and telephonically on friday so since facebook is a large social media site cell c decided to back themselves up by calling.
lets see what happens this time since i got a call. i te better not take another month not even a week, as i said to them numerous times i will take CPA action against them giving cell c a week max to collect their pathetic phone.
