NO SERVICE ON IPAD CONTRACT

I SIGNED A CONTRACT FOR A NEW (ADD ON) MYGIG2 CONTRACT WITH AN IPAD AT YOUR BRANCH IN CAPE GATE MALL, BELLVILLE. SALESMAN: INGRID. THIS WAS DONE YESTERDAY, 21 APRIL 2013. I STILL DO NOT HAVE ANY INTERNET SERVICE ON THE IPAD AND NOW THE SALESMAN PHONES ME TO TELL ME VODACOM WANTS AN ID DOCUMENT SHOWING MY MARRIED SURNAME. IT STILL SHOWS MY MAIDEN NAME BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE TIME OR THE EXCESS CASH TO PAY HOME AFFAIRS FOR A NEW ONE, JUST TO PLEASE VODACOM. I DID GIVE THE SALESMAN MY ORIGINAL MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE AS PROOF, BUT NOW, AFTER I'VE TAKEN THE IPAD AND SIGNED THE DOCUMENTS, IT IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. TOO LATE! WILL VODACOM COVER MY COSTS SHOULD I COMPLY WITH THEIR REQUEST FOR A NEW ID? NOBODY ELSE REQUESTED IT, AND I HAVE A COUPLE OF ACCOUNTS. WORST SERVICE BY FAR!! URGENT FEEDBACK REQUIRED. P.S - I HAVE ALSO LOGGED A TECHNICAL ENQUIRY VIA EMAIL EARLIER AND THE VODACOM REP SAID NOTHING ABOUT MY ID BOOK. NOT IMPRESSED. WILL NOT BE DRIVING TO CAPE GATE AGAIN TO RETURN THE IPAD, I STAY IN MILNERTON. VODACOM CAN ACCOMODATE ME FOR A CHANGE!
