Take airtime but no BIS service

Forth day in a row taking my airtime and I must be happy with no service. Tired off hearing you have to wait just one more hour. There's 24 hours in one day and your few hours adds up to 96 hours how do you get that right to be a world wide known service provider "VERY PROFESIONAL" don't make me laugh. You've just lost one customer and many more to follow BAD BAD BAD SERVICE.
