Vodacom staff are flat out liars, no question. I needed assistance unlocking my number after I made payment, security check was done with my wife and 2 seperate occasions in one call and I was then guaranteed the phone would be unlocked within in an hour, 1, that never happened. So I phoned back to find out, again I am told security check with my wife needs to be done, why? I am just following up on a commitment Vodacom staff gave ME, surely that must be notated. So I ask to speak to original supervisor I dealt with and refuse to have my wife phoned again (why waste her time 3 times), I am put on hold (well mute) for 45 minutes, I am told if I do not drop the line the IVR system automatically drops the call after 30 mins (its been 45 mins), 2, then I am told it is VODACOM policies and governance to hang up on a customer if he does not release the call (a company has a policy on hanging up on customers), LIE3. Over 5 contracts over 4 years, always pay and i get rude and dishonest staff. People run from Vodacom jump to one of the other networks. Dishonest team leaders (Charmaine & Dominique) what a joke and after all of it they hung up on me. What A JOKE
