I ordered take-out from mr delivery (spur for 2 people) last night at 19:20. I was told my delivery would take 1 hour to 80 minutes max (which is fine, might be busy on a sunday night) at about 9 i phoned mr delivery to ask where my order was (100 minutes after I ordered) and the operator told me he would phone the driver and find out then phone me back (he never did, I had to phone him again 15 minutes later) and apparently he couldnt get hold of the driver. at about 21:20 the operator phoned me to tell me the driver is outside my house, to which i replied no he is not, to which the operator replied "sir the driver is outside your house and the residents say they didnt order anything... as if i dont know where I live?? then about 21:45 the driver rocked up at our house claiming he was lost (although mr delivery has delivered to our house twice before) he forgot our drink and the chips weren't fresh anymore. So it took about 2 hours and 20 minutes to receive our food (not all of it), and the service was terrible. I included a R10 tip for the driver when I placed the order. I would AT LEAST like my money back from the tip, the drink that they forgot and the chips which weren't fresh
