Reported ADSL. We operate on webbased systems. Totally depended. 12 people sitting two days already. Reported early yesterday - ref.nr: 20130904-002344.
No joy. Promised support on 04/09. Nothing realized. Early 05/09 call centre said they dispatch Schalk @08h00. Now at 15h20 they do not know when Schalk will be coming/how late. I use Mweb because of perceived better service measured against Telkom. Even moved my house ADSL to them. Every operator at call centre tells a different story. Said at 13h000 will come back. She did not come back. Ask to speak to Manager- manager now in meeting!
