Dead but still have to pay account?

My fiancee passed away end of February, he had a contract with Vodacom. This contract was taken out through his business. We have tried everything to get this contract and number cancelled and have just been told over and over that we cannot have it cancelled as it was done through his business. The man is dead, and no one wants to use his number as you can imagine no one wants to receive a call with his name on it. This is beyond ridiculous, and the business will most certainly be taken elsewhere as from next year due to the absolute callousness of how this has been dealt with. I would like a proper explanation and for someone to sort this out. His cell number is 0825183894.
